At McCaulleyK9 we are dedicated to producing the true working dog. Our Dogs are from CZECK lines that produce highly driven, muscular straight backed dark Sable or black coloring. All of our dogs are raised in our home and integrated in our work life to provide them with the needed socialization at an early age. While the dogs interact with their mom and siblings at an early age, we also start the socialization process while they are weening. Contact with puppies at such an early age gives them the confidence and social skills to transition into their new environment Smoothly.

We believe if keeping to the great Max von Stephanitz’s most important statement prior to passing in 1936, “take this trouble for me. Make sure my shepherd dog remains a working dog, for I have struggled all my life long for that aim”. We breed an intelligent working dog not a show dog, with a levelheaded temperament. Our dogs excel at protection, scent, herding, and therapy/companionship training.

With onsite activities to instill a wide variety of fundamentals essential to producing the desired working dog. Including an agility track, Treadmills, hill climbing, and an inground swimming pool for long jumping and overall exercise with 25 acres to work scent, tracking, and herding. They also get the ability to be indoors on those rainy days in their own building dedicated to indoor play and training. Animals such as goats, chickens and cats provide our pups with a wide variety of daily interactions. Therefore, they get fundamentals and early life experiences that set them apart. Please contact us to inquire about reserving a pup from one of our upcoming litters as not all pups born will be available for pets but rather held back for training for a future in either police, search and rescue, or service animals. Also please keep in mind some pups will show early on their natural instincts, that coupled with your training expectations will help us find the perfect pup for your needs.
